Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and That Art Party LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Professional Development on School Culture and Climate Integration through Art, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for Madison Park Academy - Upper Campus, for the period of March 13, 2024 through May 31, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
