Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Shirley Yee, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 780 hours of service as follows: 1) facilitate quarterly Interagency Gang Prevention Collaborative meetings with work groups; 2) coordinate grant services activities including Aggression Replacement Training classes and case management for gang involved youth; 3) complete and submit all quarterly reports in City Span as required; 4) attend Measure Y meetings and trainings as requested or required by the City of Oakland Department of Human Services; and 5) collect and provide data as requested for program evaluation, through the Alternative Education Office, for the period October 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $31,200.00.
