Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between District and Philip Williams, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 180 additional hours of service to provide support in the initial set-up, maintenance and scheduled upgrades of instructional computers and software, including configuring computers to communicate with on-site printers, computers and be able to access the internet from any teaching location; provide advice on the configuration of "teacher" computers, laptops, projection and printing capability, backup strategies for student work, and provide assistance in troubleshooting implementation issues with all software packages and applications, at Edna Brewer Middle School, for the period November 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, in an additional amount not to exceed amount of $9,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $25,000.00 to $34,000.00. All other terms and condition of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
