Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Spurthi Narasimha Bhatt, Fremont, CA, for the latter to provide 130 hours of service as follows: (1) participate in trainings and coaching by K-12 Revolution Prep on implementation of the Algebra 1 online program to be used in blended learning pilot; (2) support Algebra teacher in managing implementation of a blended learning approach during which students rotate between classroom direct instruction and an online learning experience; (3) tutor students on algebra, as needed, and on appropriate use of the online program; (4) prompt students, as needed, to stay on task while using the online program; and (5) print reports as needed for K-12 Revolution Prep pilot manager and MetWest principal or teacher, at MetWest High School, for the period February 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $2.600.00.
