Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Professional Services Facilities Contract between District and Davillier-Sloan, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a full range of services related to the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) with a primary focus on local hiring and local capacity building and labor relations and dispute resolution services, with the attached proposal incorporated into the contract to the extent that it is subordinate to and not inconsistent with the contract terms, in conjunction with the Division of Facilities, Planning and Management Project, for the period commencing July 1, 2011 and concluding no later than June 30, 2012 in an amount not to exceed $180,000.00.
