Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Oakland Schools Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 226 hours of support to the Principal in account management - percentage fee based on school service package execution, includes meetings with OSF, project coordination, communications and management; school fund - flat fee for finance administration, contractor processing, vendor contracts and basic donor contact data entry and thank you's; photography - high-quality, professional photography and editing; photos used in school communication, web and outreach materials; communication - two newsletters, two ask-letters, expo postcard, spring, thank you postcards gen, thank you postcards from student, email blasts - newsletters (2), expo (2) DC trip (1); resources - IG Coordination to include meetings with OSF campaigns coordinator, donor cultivation, contacts management and support, Rogers Family Foundation Grant Proposal, renewal, monitoring and reporting, FamELI collaborative participation, program monitoring and grants managament, prospecting for FamELI, field trips, academic interventions, and garden support, extended learning collaborative participation (funded, in part, by Wayne and Gladys Valley Foundation at Urban Promise Academy for the period of October 12, 2010 through June 30, 2011, in an amount not to exceed $14,687.00
