Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and Margaret Dunlap, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 360 hours of service assuming the BTSA Coordinator position responsibilities to perform the following services: 1) Coach recruitment; 2) BTSA portfolio scoring; 3) BTSA program operation; 4) organizing the summer coach training schedule; 5) plan and organize 2011 2012 course of study and induction week for new teachers, achieving outcomes as delineated in Contract, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of April 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011, in an additional amount not to exceed $18,000.00, increasing Contract not to exceed amount from $24,000.00 to $42,000.00. All other terms and conditions of Contract remain in full force and effect.
