Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Facilities Services Contract between District and Professional Services Industries (PSI), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services to address items 12, 19, 22 and 23 from the California Geologic Survey (CGS) back check letter, including provision of an evaluation of historic seismicity, site-specific ground motion analysis, liquefaction calculations and analysis, and seismic settlement analysis of the soil column in conjunction with the Stonehurst CDC Building Replacement Project, in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $11,620.00 to $14,120.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
