Title: Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and The Regents of the University of California, via Berkeley's Center for Educational Partnerships, for the latter to provide 773 hours of technical support for College and Career Center, including strategic planning with the College and Career Readiness Network; professional development on College Going Culture for District staff (counselors and administrators); work with counselors and teachers at school sites to ensure implementation of a comprehensive, intensive College-Going Culture, such as analysis of Master Schedules to determine access to "A-G" classes; technical assistance and consultation for implementation of the District's A-G initiative; and other technical support, as described in said agreement, for the period April 1, 2010 through June 30, 2010, in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00.
