Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 General Services Agreement by and between the District and Bay Alarm Company, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide outside patrol services, and twenty-four (24) hour per-day, seven (7) days per-week burglary alarm response & patrol services to the District, for the Response & Patrol Services Project, in an additional not-to- exceed amount of $198,000.00, at the rate of $16,500.00 per month for services, increasing Agreement's total not-to-exceed amount from $180,000.00 to $378,000.00 and extending the contract term from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
